The Basics of Hunting Etiquette

Hunting is not only a sport, but a long tradition.  Although the Isle of Man Bloodhounds is a drag pack, it follows the same customs that are associated with the tradition of fox or hare hunting.

There is no need to regard hunting as something old fashioned, as in fact, most of the traditions, etiquette and behaviour associated with hunting are practical and realistic.

It is hoped that the Isle of Man Bloodhounds Drag Hunt will always get a warm welcome wherever they hunt, as long as they can conform to what is in fact a simple code of good manners.
